01_799_0138_1_1) for registration category 0138 - Assistance with supported independent living. To use this new service, providers will need their system administrator to link the relevant service to a site.We have resolved an issue where cancellation claims for applicable therapy supports (those using the
_CA suffix under the July 2026 pricing update) were being rejected in PRODA. Under the July 2026 NDIS Pricing Arrangements, the Cancellation Reason is no longer required in the claim for services using the _CA suffix. Extract Items generated for these services will no longer include the Cancellation Reason. The Cancellation Reason will continue to be retained on the Service Delivered for your records.Additionally, for the applicable therapy supports (those using the new suffixes under the July 2026 pricing update) the Claim Type is now included in the Service Item Name on Extract Items. Where a Claim Type suffix applies (Telehealth, Non Face-To-Face, Provider Travel, Cancellation, or NDIA Requested Reports), the corresponding label will be appended to the service name. This applies across NDIS Extract, Financial Extract, AR Management bulk invoice extract, and Invoice PDF, making it easier to identify the claim type for each service directly from extract and invoice outputs. For example for a claim type of Telehealth for
01_700_0118_1_3, the Support Item Name will be "Capacity Building Supports For Early Childhood Interventions - Psychology - Telehealth".We plan to begin deploying to production environments today!
Update - 6/7/2026
- A new Provider travel - non-labour costs service for registration category 0138.
- The
_CAsuffix on two support item codes has been updated to_CA2:01_700_0118_1_3_CA2and12_027_0126_3_3_CA2. - The Non-Face-to-Face suffix for one service has changed from
_NFto_NF2:01_700_118_1_3_NF2.
_CA2 & _NF2 suffix changes. If you have any issues claiming for these services in the meantime, please raise a ticket with our Customer Success team or reach out to your account manager. We are still working on a patch to exclude
CancellationReason from cancellation extract items for the applicable therapy supports (those using the _CA suffix under the July 2026 pricing update). We'll post an update when these changes are ready to be deployed.Update - 2/7/2026
We've identified an issue where cancellation claims for applicable therapy supports (those using the _CA suffix under the July 2026 pricing update) are being rejected in PRODA.
The rejection is caused by the CancellationReason field being included in the extract. Under the new Pricing Arrangements, Claim Type is no longer submitted as it's included in the support item suffix. PRODA appears to still be validating CancellationReason against the old claim type logic, causing the failure.
We've been advised that the cancellation reason is no longer required for these services, but to still retain the evidence, we will continue to hold the Cancellation Reason on the Service Delivered record.
We are working on a patch to exclude CancellationReason from cancellation extract items for these services. We’ll post an update when these changes are ready to be deployed.
Workaround in the meantime: For Extract Items with a Cancellation Reason and no Claim Type, remove the Cancellation Reason from the impacted Extract Items before uploading cancellation claims for these services to PRODA.

Update - 29/6/2025
We've developed and tested changes for the updated NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Support Catalogue.
To align with the NDIA's July 2026 pricing update, we've released a patch updating the Service Delivered extraction process for specified services. When an applicable service has a claim type such as cancellation, non-face-to-face, provider travel, NDIA requested report (report writing), or telehealth, Lumary will append the suffix (_CA, _NF, _PT, _RR, or _TH) to the support item code automatically on the extract item when creating an extract. The NDIS extract, financial extract, AR Management bulk invoice extract, and Invoice PDF will apply these suffixes based on the service's claim type. Additionally, these claims will not include a Claim Type in extracts.
For example, an SD with the support item 15_610_0128_1_3 - Assessment Recommendation Therapy or Training - Art Therapist with Claim Type of Non face-to-face, when extracted the item will use the support item code 15_610_0128_1_3_NF.
This change ensures compliance with the new NDIA reporting requirements while allowing users to continue to record SDs and claim types as they do today. This update applies to the specified Allied Health services with a delivery date on or after 1 July 2026.
We plan to begin deploying to production environments tonight, with environments expected to be ready by tomorrow afternoon!
