Submit a request

Incident/Defect is an issue within our product, for example an unexpected error appears or the system stops behaving correctly. Request/Questions are things like requests for changes to the way the system works, requests for more licences, requests sandbox refreshes or questions about the product.

What type of request do you have?

How high of a priority is this request to your organisation.

To find your Organisation ID: Click on Gear Icon | Setup | Company Settings | Company information.

Examples include all users are unable to login, or when they do login in they are unable to use any part of the Lumary product.

Business critical functionality is that which is critical to the day to day operations of the business, for example not being able to deliver services to your customers.

This includes custom functionality built by your organisation, a third party or Lumary. Examples of custom functionality includes workflows, flows, process builders, custom code, custom sharing rules, custom pages etc. If you are unsure please select "I'm not sure".

Please enter clear details of your request. A member of our support staff will respond as soon as possible.

Is there a workaround for this issue? For example the system admin can perform the same task successfully.
