What is Lumary Academy?
Lumary Academy is Lumary's online learning library.
It's a fantastic resource for Lumary customers, and compliments the user guides in our help centre by providing:
- role-specific learning plans and courses,
- hands-on training guides, and
- our video training library.
The benefits of Lumary Academy include:
- new users can get up to speed quickly
- interactive, bite-sized modules help knowledge stick
- learning courses are kept up to date with the latest product releases, great for upskilling on new features
- self-led pre-training with our courses makes time in live learning sessions with Lumary consultants more focused, interactive and valuable.
How to access Lumary Academy on desktop
Access to Lumary Academy is via a separate login which is different to your Lumary or Help Centre user account.
Follow these steps, after you receive your welcome email:
- Click the login link in the welcome email from Lumary Academy. If you didn't receive the welcome email, visit https://learning.lumaryacademy.com
- Enter your username (this will be your email address) and password.
- Accept the terms and privacy policy (only needed for the first time you login)
- Choose a new password, and you’re in!
How to access Lumary Academy on mobile
Lumary Academy is available to mobile users through the Go.Learn mobile app.
To get set up on mobile:
- Download the Go.Learn app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and enter this platform URL: https://learning.lumaryacademy.com
- Log in with your username and password.
If you have already logged in on desktop, you will need to use your new password to login, and can skip the next two steps.
- Accept the terms and privacy policy (first-time only).
- Choose a new password, and then you’re in!
