Link a public holiday calendar or closure period calendar to a site

This article explains how to link a public holiday calendar or closure period calendar to a site.

Public holiday or closure period calendars can be linked to site records. This is required to enable some features, like:

• excluding public holidays when calculating clear business days for NDIS short notice cancellations,
• considering public holidays and/or closure periods when calculating quantities on service agreement items, and
• considering public holidays and/or closure periods when auto-generating service delivered records.

Before you begin...

You'll need a site record and a public holiday calendar or closure period calendar. Find out how to create a site and how to create a holiday calendar.

To link a public holiday calendar or closure period calendar to a site:

1. Click on the Sites tab. You may need to click on the More tab or App launcher to find this option.
2. Search for the relevant site and click on its text link in the Site Name column.

3. Click on the Edit button.
4. Click into the Public Holiday Calendar field and search for the applicable calendar based on the geographic location of the site (e.g., select SA Public Holidays for sites in South Australia).

5. Click into the Closure Period Calendar field and search for the applicable calendar for the site's closure periods, if applicable.
6. Click on the Save button.
