Lumary DC - This article explains how to start a SIL submission for a client.
When you add a client to a SIL house, there are several important steps. These include quoting, creating agreements, and updating rosters. The Lumary DC SIL Submission process helps capture all of the key details from a single screen.
To begin a new submission:
- Go to the client's record.
- Click on the Accommodations tab.
- If it's not already open, click on the SIL Submissions tab.
- In the Submissions section, click on the New button.
This will open a New Submission: SIL ROC form. The following table explains each of the fields on this form. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk.

| *Proposed House | Start typing the name of a site. When your proposed site appears on the list below the search field, click on it to select it. |
| * New Tenancy/Lease Agreement Required? |
The tenancy and lease agreement can capture information about:
Select Yes or No to indicate whether new tenancy and lease agreement is required for this submission. |
- Click on the Save button.
This will add the new submission under the SIL Submissions tab. Click on the Submission ID text link to add funding to the submission.
