11 May 2026	New / Updated	🌱 Introduction to rosters and scheduling 🌱 Managing changes on the live schedule Formerly the one course ('Rosters and scheduling'), the course content has been updated to reflect the latest version of Lumary DC; as per the increased length of the course content, the course has now been divided into a series of two courses: Introduction to rosters and scheduling. Managing changes on the live schedule. The first course covers the basics of rostering and scheduling, including creating a base roster and roster period, and publishing the roster period to the live schedule. The second course covers how to manage a live schedule (including managing worker leave, sending session/shift offers to workers, creating and modifying (and cancelling) sessions/shifts, and more) and how to create and manage on-call rosters.

We made this change to make it easier for you to find the specific information you need, and to allow us to expand on each course separately as we continue to grow and improve our content. 20 Apr 2026	Updated	🌱 Rosters and scheduling Course content has been updated to reflect the latest version of Lumary DC, including updated diagrams, text, instructions, and the addition of a new lesson on how to manage an on-call roster. Details about on-call rostering in Lumary DC is introduced in this course, including creating an on-call base roster, managing after-hours support on desktop, and a brief overview on how on-call workers see their on-call roster in the Lumary mobile app.
25 Mar 2026	Updated	🌱 Mobile app for support workers Course content has been updated to reflect the latest version of Lumary DC, including updated images and text, and the addition of a link to a step-by-step PDF guide to enable more efficient login to the Lumary mobile app [i.e. navigating the two-factor authentication (2FA) process].
19 Mar 2026	Updated	🌱 Get started with Lumary DC Course content has been updated to reflect the latest version of Lumary DC, including a more thorough introduction to the Lumary systems [i.e. the Lumary Production Org, Lumary Training Org (Environment) and Lumary Academy] and features to better organise and navigate Lumary. Details about the new Harmony AI chat bot in Lumary Academy is also introduced in this course.

12 Mar 2026	Updated	🌱 Mobile app for support workers Course content now includes four new interactive video walkthroughs, giving support workers hands-on practice with the mobile app before using it on the job. The interactive video scenarios include: ‘Check where you’re rostered’; ‘Add a case note’ (client progress); ‘Submit an incident’; ‘Complete a session and case note’. These interactive videos embedded in the course reflect the latest version of Lumary DC.
10 Mar 2026	New	A "My Team" dashboard can be enabled for managers to see live reports and dashboards of learner's progress in Lumary Academy. If enabled for you, here's how to access the live reports/dashboards: 1. Login to Lumary Academy 2. Click the three lines (hamburger menu) in the top left-hand corner (left of the Lumary logo) 3. Click on "My Team" 4. Then you will be able to navigate through the various tabs see your team's learning progress. You can also export the data via CSV. Important Note: It may take up to 24 hours for the data to populate and it refreshes every 24 hours. 3 Mar 2026	New	⭐️ Lumary Academy Page Layout and Accessibility Improvements We’ve made important updates to Lumary Academy based on internal and customer feedback with a focus on improving access, flexibility, and ease of use Previously • Training was structured around standard role-based learning plans that did not always reflect the work people were actually doing • Users often had to click through multiple learning plans to find a single relevant course • Some users such as support workers or support coordinators were restricted to the mobile-only course view and had no easy way to access additional courses they may need such as Client Onboarding What's improved? New Choice page • Users can select their preferred view • Full course view ideal for office-based users • Streamlined mobile-focused view for workers who only need core mobile content • Users can switch between views at any time All courses visible in the desktop view • All courses are now available in one place • Users can pick and choose what suits their role • No more being limited to a predefined learning plan Easier to find what you need • Reduced clicking and searching • Faster access to the exact course required Simplified structure • Most role-based learning plans have been removed • Selected bundled plans remain where they add value such as Rostering and Scheduling Streamlined registration • The role-based question has been removed from self-registration • Help centre articles have been updated accordingly Here are the help centre articles on how to self-register to Lumary Academy: Self-register as a new Lumary Academy user (desktop) Self-register as a new Lumary Academy user (mobile) More access for all users • Support workers and other mobile users are no longer restricted to only the mobile course view • They can now access additional courses when needed Track your progress • Users now have a clear list of in-progress courses and completed courses • This makes it easy to see where you are up to and what is left to complete Important to note: With these changes, user's course progress is not lost, everything is still there. These changes better reflect how teams actually work and give users greater control over their learning experience. 28 Jan 2026	New	⭐️ Self-registration for Lumary Academy is now active! This means users can self-register to access Lumary DC/WFM learning plans and courses (provided they have their unique code, which is called a "Branch code"). You can now send the below instructions to any user you want to add to Lumary Academy and they can create an account themselves and see the right learning courses for their role. 6 Jan 2026	New	⭐️ Harmony AI chat now available in Lumary Academy to help you get answers faster We're happy to announce we have now released Harmony AI chat in Lumary Academy. This is also now available to our customers using Lumary Academy.It’s like a ChatGPT inside Lumary Academy — ask it questions and it will give answers by reading all of our courses and videos.Examples (applicable for Lumary DC/WFM only): How do I create a new worker? How do I submit a NDIS claim? How do I log in to Lumary? How do I create a service agreement? What is a site and how do I create a new one? How to use it: Log in to Lumary Academy and type your questions into the Harmony search bar at the top. It will give you an answer in plain English and also points you to any relevant course for more info (it even takes you to the right lesson in the course). Try it now > See how it works Limitations: Currently, Harmony AI only recommends courses from Lumary Academy at the end of responses — it doesn’t directly suggest Help Centre articles, though our courses include links to relevant articles. It’s only available for desktop users of Lumary Academy for now, but there are plans to release it to Go.Learn mobile users in the future. Like all AI, it’s not perfect, but it’s a great starting point and a fast way to find answers.

28 Oct 2025	New	⭐️ New and improved Lumary Academy homepage for support workers We are excited to announce the new and improved Lumary Academy page for support workers who use the Lumary mobile app. On this page, we have released the following new features: A series of “video snippets” on how to use the mobile app. These shorter videos are chapters taken from the full course. These “chunks” will be especially helpful and convenient for those who just want to go over a particular step, without having to search through the whole video to find their answer. We've also added the updated step-by-step PDF guide on how to use the mobile app (for support workers and desktop users). The support workers can log in the same way they normally do via the Go.Learn app from the App Store/Play Store (more detailed instructions can be found here). What it looks like:
