🌱 Introduction to rosters and scheduling
The first course covers the basics of rostering and scheduling, including creating a base roster and roster period, and publishing the roster period to the live schedule. The second course covers how to manage a live schedule (including managing worker leave, sending session/shift offers to workers, creating and modifying (and cancelling) sessions/shifts, and more) and how to create and manage on-call rosters. |

If enabled for you, here's how to access the live reports/dashboards: 1. Login to Lumary Academy 2. Click the three lines (hamburger menu) in the top left-hand corner (left of the Lumary logo) 3. Click on "My Team" 4. Then you will be able to navigate through the various tabs see your team's learning progress. You can also export the data via CSV. Important Note: It may take up to 24 hours for the data to populate and it refreshes every 24 hours. How to use it:
Log in to Lumary Academy and type your questions into the Harmony search bar at the top. It will give you an answer in plain English and also points you to any relevant course for more info (it even takes you to the right lesson in the course).
