This article shows you how to create custom login history views to customise the columns shown and/or filter the logs (e.g. only show failed logins).
To create a custom login list view:
- Navigate to the Login History page by selecting the Set-Up icon and select Set-up for current apps.
- In the Quick Find search box, search for login history.
- From the search results, select Login History.
- Click on the Create New View link.
This will launch a new form. The following table explains the purpose of the fields. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk.

| View Unique name | This is the unique name used by the API managed packages. The system will generate one if you do not populate it, based off the name you enter above. Note the specifications by clicking on the information icon. |

*Step 3. Select Fields to Display From the available options, you can select the relevant fields to display in your custom list view. You can move an item from the Available Fields and add it to the Selected Fields. You can also remove items from the Selected Fields to the Available Fields. Additionally, you can also order your field columns by Up, Down and Top, Bottom arrows. | |

If you select this option you will be presented with additional groups:
Each group will have additional selections to choose from. |
Note: For the Visible to certain groups of users option, you can only select one group per custom list view.
- Click Save.
