Once you've added funding and plan information to a SIL ROC submission, you can generate draft service agreements and a quote. This can help you check that you've provided enough information in the Funding Agreement screen to successfully generate your client's service agreements.
This article explains how to:
- get to the submission process record
- generate service agreements
- generate a quote, and
- get to the service agreements.

To get back to the Funding Agreement step:
- Go to the client's record.
- Click on the Accommodations tab.
- If it's not already open, click on the SIL Submissions tab.
- Click on the Submission ID text link.

- Click on the Funding Agreement step.
- Click on the Mark as Current Submission Status button.
You should now be able to see the Generate Agreement and Generate Quote buttons at the top of your submission record.
Generate service agreements
To generate service agreements:
- Click on the Generate Agreement button.
- This will launch a Generate Agreements popup. Click on the OK button.
This will launch a notification of:
- the successful generation of the client's agreements, or
- any information that's missing that prevents the generation of agreements.
If you've successfully generated agreements, you can move onto generating a quote.
Generate a quote
To generate a quote:
- Click on the Generate Quote button at the top of the submission record.
The quote requires service agreements. If no agreements are found, you'll be prompted to generate them. Click on the Generate Agreements button on the popup.
Once the agreements are generated, click on the Generate Quote button on the popup.
- Click on the Next button.
- Click on the Finish button.
Your new quote will be listed in the Files panel. The name will include the date you generated the quote. Click on the name of the file text link to open and download the quote.
If you're ready to move onto adding support requirements, click on the Mark Submission Status as Complete button.
Get to the draft service agreements
Once you've generated draft service agreements, you may want to review them or share them with the client. To get to the client's draft service agreements:
- Go to the client's record.
- Click on the Funding tab.
- Scroll down to the Individual Service Agreements section.
This section will list your draft service agreements. Depending on your client's funding, you may see an NDIS service agreement and a Fee For Service service agreement.
- Click on the service agreement's heading row to show more information about the agreement.
- Click on the View text link to open the service agreement in a new browser tab.
You can add additional support categories and service agreement items to your draft agreement, or generate a quote for your client to review.
Keep in mind that changes made to a draft service agreement will not be reflected in new versions of the service agreement generated from the submission record.
The next step in the submission process is adding support requirements.
