Lumary DC - This article explains how to amend a service booking made using the NDIA Integration Module.
The NDIA Integration Module allows service agreements created in Lumary DC to automatically create service bookings through PRODA in myplace. Amendments to these bookings can be made directly through Lumary DC.

Step-by-step instructions
The NDIA Integration Module allows you to make the following amendments:
Currently, the integration module doesn't support the following amendments:
- reduce the end date of existing service booking(s)
- reduce or extend the start date of existing service booking(s), or
- changing of the funding management.
To amend a service booking in the myplace portal through Lumary DC:
- Go to the service agreement that has the service bookings you want to amend.
- Click on the Amend button.
- Select your Amendment Reason Type and click on the Save button.
- Amend the service agreement as required using the steps in the following sections -
- Finalise the service agreement. The bookings will be amended in the myplace portal when the status of the service agreement is changed to Quote Submitted or Current, depending on how your environment is configured.
Extend the end date of a booking
To extend the end date of a booking:
- Click on the Edit button.
- Click on the End Date.
- Select a new end date that is later than the current end date.
- Click on the Save button.
For agreement item level bookings, you'll also need to extend each item's end date. To do this:
- Scroll down to the Service Agreement Items section.
- Click on the drop-down arrow next to the item you want to edit.
- Select Edit.
- Click on the End Date field.
- Select a new end date that is later than the current end date.
Note: if you've set up a funding schedule then changing the end date will potentially change the value in the Quantity field, which will impact the total funding allocated to the booking.
- Click on the Save button.
Change service booking value
To increase or decrease the value of a service booking at the category level:
- Scroll down to the Service Agreement Items section.
- Click on the down arrow next to the category you want to change and select Edit.
- Change the Support Category Amount.
- Click on the Save button.
To increase or decrease the value of a service booking at the line item level:
- Scroll down to the Service Agreement Items section.
- Click on the drop-down arrow next to the item you want to edit.
- Edit the details in the Financial section. You may need to adjust the quantity, rate or funding schedule for the item if you want to recalculate the booking total.
- Click on the Save button.
Create new service bookings
To create a new booking at the category level:
- Scroll down to the Service Agreement Items section.
- Click on the New Category button.
- Add and save a new category, making sure that you put a tick in the Send category service booking request checkbox.
To create a new booking at the agreement item level:
- Scroll down to the Service Agreement Items section.
- Click on the down arrow next to the category you want to add a new agreement item booking to and select New Item.
- Add and save a new service agreement item, making sure that you fill in the Line item service booking preference field.
