The release also includes several bug fixes and other changes.
We’ve also included updates to permission sets and award interpretation (AWI) permission set groups.
Client management
Associate clients to sites
Clients can now be associated with sites from the Circle of Supports tab on the client’s record in the Associated Sites section. This supports improved Session Site filtering options on all calendars.
Transfer SD
The Transfer SD functionality has been improved to allow the transfer of service delivered (SD) records to matching service agreement items that have:
- different rates, or
- different funding management if SD records are not extracted.
If SD records have been extracted, and your environment allows the transfer of extracted records:
- they can be transferred to the same funding management, and
- they can now be unlinked from extracts if transferring to different funding management.
Matching logic has been uplifted to find the most appropriate transfer destination service agreement item based on:
- service
- site
- funding management
- claim type
- program, and
- service type.
Transfers are now possible to service agreements regardless of their status.
Find out more about how to transfer SD records to a new service agreement.
Incident management
Recording information
We've made several changes to improve the recording of information in Incident Management forms. These changes are aimed at improving efficiency by:
- reducing the need to re-enter information when navigating back to earlier screens
- highlighting errors earlier and more clearly, and
- providing more accurate character counts and better information retention in large text-entry fields.
Permissions have been updated to allow users to also capture whether a restrictive practice was used during an incident.
Rostering
Prevention of rostering workers with conflicts
We’ve added the ability to warn or prevent roster planners from rostering a worker onto a session where they have a conflicting appointment. This reduces mistakes where a worker is rostered onto sessions that overlap or have the same dates and times. The notifications will appear when using the right-click action to modify workers on a session.
Session Site filter
The Session filter tab on all calendars now includes a Session Site filter. This can be used to filter calendars to only show sessions associated with a specific site or sites. The toggle below the Session Site field can be used to include sessions with clients who have an associated site record linking them to the selected sites.
Session region management
To support accurate filtering of regions and assets, we’ve adjusted the management of regions. Region information is now stored in reference data under the Session Region record type. The Region object will be deprecated.
Availability and leave
Estimated leave requested
When adding worker leave, the Add Availability popup now shows the number of days that will be impacted by the leave. This is shown in the Estimated Leave Requested field.
Sick call improvements
We’ve updated the Sick Call popup interface to align to the look and feel of adding leave from the worker’s record.
The new sick call options will only allow the selection of unplanned leave types, such as Personal/Carer’s Leave and Unpaid Leave. All other leave types will need to be requested from the mobile experience or the worker’s record.
This update also fixes an issue that was preventing sick calls from creating timesheet entries and leave events for payroll. This was affecting leave request hours estimation.
Salaried employee synching
We’ve improved the synchronisation of pay rates for salaried employees. This enables a more accurate estimate of the cost of a worker when applying matching rules.
Mobile
Now and next sessions visibility
We’ve added a panel to show workers using the mobile experience a brief summary of:
- the session they’re currently working on, or
- their next session.
This panel shows at the top of the home screen and includes the session’s:
- name and status
- address, and
- start date, time and duration.
It also shows the client’s name or the number of clients attending the session.
Clicking on the panel takes the worker to the worker appointment record where they can view more details.
Card visibility
To improve the visibility of the cards added to the mobile experience for the last release, we’ve added rounded corners and thicker borders.
Bug fixes and other changes
The following bug fixes and changes are also included in this release.
Accommodation fixes:
- Worker appointment records created on a Proposed House Roster as part of the submission process will now also appear on the base roster when the house roster is confirmed.
- The Modify Worker popup on live house roster calendars now displays the correct dates and times.
Case notes - Note audit records now capture information from the enhanced Description field of the case note.
Centre capital costs fixes:
Cancelling a service with associated centre capital costs (CCCs) now sets the claim type value on the service delivered (SD) record to show as CANC in:
- the NDIS extract claim file, and
- Service Delivery Entry of SD records.
We’ve also improved the creation of separate service agreement items with the Save & Add Centre Capital Cost button. The new item’s Start Date and End Date fields now auto-fill with the start and end dates from the previous service agreement item.
Clinical assessment - A validation rule has been added for clinical assessment records to prevent the Date of Assessment field being set to a future date.
Client record - Support plans now appear in the Support Updates section of client records on desktop and mobile views.
Leave - Requests for leave that starts before a base roster's start date but continues after it will now consider the base roster’s sessions in leave hour estimations.
Lumary Help & Feedback - Users are now better recognised by the system when they click on the Raise a Support Ticket button.
Matching - Matching rules on the live Scheduling roster now consider associated sites and primary sites for workers.
Modify workers right-click action fixes:
- The Worker field on the Modify Worker popup can now handle rosters that have more than 20 workers.
- The Worker Assignment field on the Modify Worker popup is now mandatory and cannot be left blank. This ensures that the contracted hours shown on the roster are updated accurately when adding or changing a worker.
Mobile experience fixes:
- Client files are now visible on the mobile experience.
- Award interpretation (AWI) permissions have been added for mobile users so they are not prevented from ending a session.
Onboarding - Creating associated contacts from an onboarding process now uses the picklist’s default status of Current. This was previously intermittently using the Active status.
Rates fixes:
- Users can update values on non-NDIS rates without being prevented by a validation issue.
- Services without active rates for the date of the service delivery are now filtered out when creating service delivered (SD) records from the Service Delivery Entry screen.
Send offer - The session name now shows in the notification when offers are sent using the Send Offer button.
Session fixes:
Searching a client’s name when adding a session to a calendar or editing a session record now also shows the client’s:
- date of birth
- NDIS Number and/or
- Aged Care Number.
This helps quickly identify different clients who have the same name.
We’ve also applied fixes so that, when setting up a new session:
- client fields no longer reset if the user clicks to go back
- the worker field resets if the session date is changed, and
- a planned service can no longer be added to a session without a selected client.
