Shifts
Cost code calculation
We’ve implemented additional calculations to improve the accuracy of cost code mapping to a shift and its associated child sessions. The duration of the child session will be subtracted from the shift duration, ensuring that the cost code for the shift is attributed solely to the time not included in the child session.
For example, a shift and child session rostered as:

Groups
Group management
As part of this release, we’ve enhanced the group record page to improve the visibility of client details. Now for all active group members of a group, their support updates and client alerts will appear under a new Alerts tab. On the client alerts, users will be able to specify which alerts they specifically want to view based on the filters provided.
Bug fixes and other changes
The following bug fixes and changes are also included in this release.
Base Roster - We have updated the session wizard on the Base Roster to show Day instead of Date when creating session activities.
Calendar fixes:
- When filtering the Calendar by client and hiding workers with no sessions, we fixed an issue where it would inconsistently filter out all workers rather than the specified parameters.
- We have resolved an issue when loading the calendar that would result in a null error occurring due to contact availability templates.
Rostering fixes:
- When clicking Save on the Modify Clients & Services modal, a loading screen has been added to prevent the user from creating duplicate client appointments and planned services.
- We have resolved an issue in the Modify Clients & Services action. Previously, users who did not create the session or associated planned services could not delete the records due to ownership restrictions.
Service agreement fixes:
Previously when generating a service agreement and its related service agreement items via the Submission through the Generate Agreement button, the support category was not populated. This led to an issue where these service agreement items appeared as uncategorised when creating planned services from the session. This has been resolved and the correct support category should appear when creating the planned service record.
Service Delivery Entry - We’ve fixed a bug that was preventing the selection of categories and line items for unrestricted categories when creating service delivered (SD) records from the Service Delivery Entry screen when the service delivery date was for the start date of the agreement or line item.
Shifts - Addressed an issue where breaks were not being populated for shifts with higher duties.
Sync Assignments - We added a fix to ensure that the payee assignment base rate is synced with the minimum pay rate.
Travel - We updated the Additional Travel Expense Amount field formatting in the Travel From Appointment Details section to have 2 decimal points when completing a session on the desktop.
