This release includes improvements for award interpretation, centre capital costs, observations and smart file uploader.
We have updated profiles in customer environments to enable the Run Flows permission. This was done to mitigate any potential issues with features leveraging flow functionality, due to the Salesforce Spring '26 upgrade.

We’ve also included updates to permission sets.
Award interpretation
Leave balances
Workers can now view their current leave balances directly in the My Leave section of the mobile app, making it easier to track entitlements without starting a leave request. The new My Leave Balances component appears at the top of the page if there are any non-zero balances, showing the first two leave types by name with an option to expand and view all balances. If all balances are zero, the component remains hidden. A message clarifies that displayed balances do not reflect current or future leave events.
Administrators can control which leave balances are visible to workers on the mobile app via a Show on My Leave Balances toggle on Leave Types. This provides flexibility to suit different leave management policies.
On-call rostering
A new On-Call tile is now available on Lumary Mobile Home, and on My Day View for both mobile and desktop users. On-call workers can easily see if they are currently on-call, or when they are next rostered. Tapping the tile opens a dedicated page to review and log calls received while on-call. This enhancement streamlines on-call record keeping for workers.
On-call worker permissions
On-call workers need to be granted the On-Call Worker permission set, to see the new tile and to log calls.
Further, the following additional permissions need to be set.

Centre Capital Cost (CCC) improvements
Ability to override Centre Capital Cost quantity on Service Agreement Items
You can now set a specific quantity for Centre Capital Cost (CCC) charges on Service Agreement Items, allowing you to accurately bill for the actual hours a participant attends a centre, rather than the hours billed for the support. This ensures CCC charges reflect true centre usage, specifically in scenarios like 2:1 supports.
When the Override Centre Capital Cost quantity field is set on a Service Agreement Item, the Quantity on any Centre Capital Cost Service Delivered records created for this item will be overridden with this amount.
This update improves billing accuracy and transparency for centre-based services.
Disable auto-generate Service Delivered Records on Centre Capital Cost (CCC) line items
The Auto-generate Service Delivered Records option is now hidden for Centre Capital Cost (CCC) line items. This change helps prevent accidental duplicate service delivered records when the parent service is already generating CCC child SDs, reducing the risk of double claiming for CCC services.
For organisations that wish to continue to enable the ‘Auto-generate Service Delivered Records’ option for Centre Capital Cost (CCC) line items, it can be re-enabled via the Lumary Custom Setting Allow CCC Service Delivery Item Schedule. If you have any issues, please raise a ticket with our Customer Success team or reach out to your account manager.
Observations Improvements
Heart Rate observations
- The Heart Rate record type has been enhanced to include an Additional Information field for capturing information about heart rate, rhythm and strength etc.
- The Latest Observations card and Last Observations list now display the BPM and Additional Information values, improving the visibility of captured information.
Oxygen Saturation observations
- The SpO2 field now includes validation to ensure only values between 1 and 100 can be saved when recording a new Oxygen Saturation observation.
- SpO2 readings now appear on the Latest Observations card for this record type.
Fluid Intake observations
When recording new Fluid Intake observations, we have updated the Food/Drink Item field label to Drink Item.
The Amount field has been replaced with Amount Consumed (mL) and now appears after Amount Served (mL), with both fields only accepting numeric values.
Users will see these updates when viewing the Last Observations list and Latest Observation card for this record type.
Pain observations
The Pain observation recording has been enhanced to better align with recognised pain assessment tools.
Users can now select whether a client is verbalising pain, with the interface adapting to display the appropriate Pain Symptoms scale and input options.
New fields for recording the pain Location, Area, and Additional Information have been added.
A read-only Total Pain Score field now automatically calculates and displays the combined pain score when viewing Pain observation records.
Users will see Location values when viewing the Last Observations list and Latest Observation card for this record type.
Smart file uploader improvements
A loading spinner now appears in the Smart File Uploader while the file type list is loading. This provides clear feedback to users and ensures the available file types are displayed immediately once the modal opens, improving the upload experience.
The smart file uploader has been updated to reduce the component’s height, providing a more streamlined appearance.
Bug fixes and other changes
The following bug fixes and changes are also included in this release.
General
Invoice reminder and overdue email template fix - We’ve resolved an issue with the invoice reminder and overdue email template fields in AR Management, causing emails to be sent with the Send Invoice Email Template content instead of the selected template content.
Core
Client Contact improvement: The Contact Type formula field on the Client Contact object has been updated to display the relationship or type, instead of displaying a value of Other if none of the checkbox options have been selected.
Award Interpretation
Claim expenses fix- When logging a personal expense on behalf of another worker, the approval request will now be sent to the manager of the worker the expense is for, rather than the manager of the person submitting it. This ensures expenses are approved by the correct reporting line and improves accuracy and timeliness in the approval process.
On-call log improvements:
Validation has been added to prevent users from selecting the same contact in both the Who Called and Worker fields when creating or editing an On-Call Log. A loading spinner now appears when searching for contacts in the Worker field, providing clearer feedback during selection. These updates prevent errors and improve usability.
The Edit button for On-Call Logs now applies the same layout and validations as the New button. This update ensures a more consistent and tailored experience when editing records.
Pay rates fix- The Sync Assignments process now correctly selects the most recent Minimum Pay Rate based on the effective date. This ensures that worker assignments are updated with the correct rate following a rates update.
Session activities fixes:
Editing or deleting session activities from the scheduling calendar has been updated to allow any user to modify session activities that were created by other users. This resolves previous access errors and ensures schedulers can efficiently manage all session activities via the calendar interface.
When a sleepover session activity is deleted, any associated active working session activities are now also deleted. This prevents leftover active working records from affecting timesheet entries and eliminates the need for manual clean-up.
Worker appointment processing for sleepover shifts has been updated to correctly handle active working periods that overrun the scheduled end time. This allows the processing batch to complete without errors.
