Lumary DC - This article explains how to link a service to a site, so the service is available to add to a Service Agreement.
Linking a service to a site is required to make services available for:
- service agreements, unless it's an ad hoc service
- scheduling, and
- the Service Delivery Entry screen.
Required packages and permissions
Available with: Lumary - all versions
Permission: Role - System administrator
Any new service must link to a site record, including:
- new services added to your environment as part of an NDIS pricing update, and
- new services you create for your business needs.
This ensures that claiming includes relevant information about where to apply the funding, and that payments can be aligned to the appropriate part of your business.
If you're adding a service to multiple sites, it's usually best to start from the service record. However, if you're setting up a new site, you can add multiple services to a site from the site record.
To link a service to one or more sites:
- Click on the Services tab. You may need to click on the App Launcher nine dot icon and search for Services. This will open the Services list view.
Make sure you select the Services option from the Items list in the App Launcher. A search may also list Service under Apps. The app is not the option you're looking for.
- Locate the relevant service and click on its text link in the Service Name column.
Filter your list view using either the Recently Viewed drop-down or the Search this list... field.
- Locate the Site Services/Programs section and continue with step 4 below.
