Lumary DC - This article provides a summary of the permission sets available in Lumary DC.
Permission sets complement profiles to expand the level of access provided to different groups of users. Lumary DC includes several permission sets combined into permission set groups to target common user personas. The permission sets cannot be customised, which ensures that they are included in relevant Lumary updates.

Persona permission set groups
Lumary DC comes pre-configured with the following permission set groups which combine permission sets to meet the needs of each persona:

- Lumary DC - Customer Service Officer

The use of the Lumary DC - Support Worker will no longer be supported going forward. We recommend reviewing your current assignments and transitioning to the Lumary Mobile - Frontline Mobile Only User as soon as possible to ensure continued access and support.
