If you've forgotten your username (and can't log in), your system administrator can recover your login credentials on your behalf. This is the recommended path for recovering a forgotten username. Your system administrator can look up your username directly in your org under your user details.

How to recover your forgotten username
- You can search your inbox for any of the following emails from Salesforce, which will show your username:
- Subject: Welcome to Salesforce: Verify your account
- Subject: Finish resetting your Salesforce password.
- If you cannot find any email with your username, contact your system administrator. You can find your administrator's email address on any emails sent to you regarding setting or resetting passwords.
- If you cannot find any of these emails, contact your HR Department, your team leader or your supervisor they should be able to direct you accordingly.
