Lumary DC - This article explains how to add NDIS goals to a client's goal attainment plan.
Once you've created a goal attainment plan, you can capture goals from the client's NDIS plan. The fields on the NDIS Goal form correspond to the key parts of a client's plan.
To add NDIS goals:
- Navigate to the client's record.
- Click on the Goals tab.
- Click on the goal attainment plan (GAP) id.
- Click on the NDIS Plan Goals tab.
- Click on the New button.
- This will launch a New NDIS Goal form. The following table describes the fields on this form. Fields with an asterisk are mandatory.

| * Related Goal Attainment Plan | The system will auto-populate this field with the goal plan id. |
| NDIS Goal Term | The term of the goal as listed on the client's NDIS Plan. |
| * NDIS Goal | The goal as described on the client's NDIS Plan. |
| How I Will Achieve This Goal | Taken from the corresponding row on the client's NDIS Plan. |
| How I Will Be Supported | Taken from the corresponding row on the client's NDIS Plan. |
- Once you've filled out all of the fields on the form, click on the Save button. If you're adding multiple goals to the same goal attainment plan, you can click on Save & New to open a new form.
Your NDIS Plan Goals will appear on the list under the NDIS Plan Goals tab. You can use the Goals tab to add agreed service goals.
